This tailored jacket sewing course is designed for an intermediate level. It is recommended that you know how to use a sewing machine and have a solid grasp of garment sewing basics.

A complete list of supplies is provided: fabric, shoulder pads, sleeve rolls, trim, lining, and buttons. You are guided in choosing the right materials.
On average, you’ll need between 1.60 m and 1.80 m of fabric, depending on the size and style, plus lining. The exact yardage is specified in the pattern.
A standard sewing machine is sufficient, along with a few accessories: hand-sewing needles, tailor’s chalk, pins, a sleeve board, a dress form if possible, and fabric scissors.
Depending on your pace, allow 3 to 4 days. The course teaches you to take the time needed to achieve professional couture finishes.
